Martin Delaney & Ricci Law Group is a boutique Vermont trial firm. We deliberately represent people, not institutions, in serious civil matters: catastrophic personal injury, medical negligence, civil rights cases, and select complex disputes.
We are based in Barre and Windsor, Vermont, and we stay rooted in the communities we serve. At the same time, we work with other lawyers as co-counsel in select cases around the country when our experience with serious injury and civil rights litigation can help.
We are selective about the matters we accept. That lets us spend time where it matters most: listening to clients, understanding their stories, preparing cases thoroughly, and standing up for them in court, mediation, and negotiation.
