Daniel grew up in California and has lived in a variety of places in the U.S., from Georgia to Idaho. Daniel gained experience working in a wide variety of occupations, from deckhand on a fish processing vessel in Alaska to farming in Georgia and Vermont. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree studying history at Green Mountain College in Poultney, Vermont, and went to Albany Law School on a full scholarship. While there, he worked with the Legal Aid Society of Northeastern New York to reach veterans in need of legal assistance. Daniel now lives in the Upper Valley with his wife and their young son.
