For over thirty years, Martin Delaney & Ricci Law Group has been doing criminal and juvenile appeals under contract with the Vermont Defender General’s Office, helping those unable to afford hiring their own attorney to seek review, by the Vermont Supreme Court, of their criminal convictions or juvenile court orders affecting their parental rights. When Allison came to Martin Delaney & Ricci Law Group (then Martin & Associates) in 1999, after several years as a solo general practitioner in South Royalton, Vermont, she assumed primary responsibility for the firm’s appellate caseload. Accordingly, she has represented hundreds of clients in matters before the Vermont Supreme Court, continuing the firm’s long tradition of helping to protect individual’s constitutional rights and ensuring equal access to justice.
